ark was founded in 2017 by DeeAnn Bennett who is a passionate veteran of the merchant services industry.

At ark, we don't believe in contracts. If you are a low or medium risk client, you can sign with us and there is no commitment or early termination fee! If we aren't the best processor that you've ever worked with, you are free to choose another processor without penalty!

The merchant services industry is riddled with misinformation. We educate our clients and we want you to ask as many questions as you would like.

After you've processed with us for one full month, we send you a statement review via email that highlights our profit margin on your account and we explain what fees we've sent to Visa/MasterCard/Discover and American Express on your behalf.

When you send us your statements for an analysis, you can expect a DETAILED proposal, not a vague pricing quote that doesn't detail out your fees. We would rather tell you up front what your fees are, so that you can make an educated decision about your credit card processing.
